Return & Refund Policy

At Alepe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please carefully review our return and refund policy outlined below:

Returns

• Customers may initiate a return request within 3 days of delivery of the product.
• Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:
  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use or tampering will not qualify for a return.
• The return process requires self-shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost incurred while returning the product.

Refunds

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a credit note if the product meets the return criteria.
• The credit note:
  • Will be equivalent to the product price only (excluding COD and shipping charges).
  • Can be used exclusively on our website for purchases of Alepe products.
  • Will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
